I then readded it and reauthorized the site and it finally worked and the site is now updated to the 3.9.1 version.

Nothing looks to be lost or missing.

These are two different themes. If Education Hub Pro is activated previously then updating Education Hub Pro to the latest version will not lose the customization. If it’s an Academic Pro then activating Academic Pro will lose all the previous customization since it is a whole new theme.

Please double-check for the theme that you have renewed recently, and the theme that is active on your site. We will help you to transfer your license to a theme that is active on your site
