We are able to track the issue. Actually there is a conflict issue with the “Speed Optimizer” plugin. One of the JS setting is causing the issue. For now i have disable that setting.

The setting wrapped with red box is the one that cause the issue

It is not grayed out on a desktop, only an iPhone and iPad. So I can purchase this item by variation and attribute if I am using a desktop, but not if I am using an iPhone or iPad.
I have many other products on this site, and none have this problem, it is only this one product that is the first time I’ve used attributes and variations to sell something. Which is why I think it’s not the payment, its the device settings.

I guess it is not a good idea to hide that menu, instead, we can remove the sticky of that element so that it moves up when scrolling the content.
