Thankyou for your reply. I upgraded to Workart pro. Initially I was still getting the copy error box and then for no reason, I logged in and the widget area was there again.
I’m now having problems with the layout.
I changed the layout to no sidebar which worked fine. I then wanted to see what it looked like with my Pinterest embedded on a right hand side bar. I didn’t like it as it crowded the website.
I now have the layout set to no sidebar across the board but all pages apart from the home page are still showing a blank space down the right hand side. I can’t get it to change back to how it looked this morning!!

Wordpress is saying I need to update my theme. Every time I try, I get an error message Update failed, Download failed unauthorised.
I have a key in place which is activated and valid until June 2025

I was given a key when I purchased it but When I log into my theme palace account and look at my theme subscription, the key area is blank and payment says pending so I guess this is why it is not updating. Please can this be sorted so I can update my theme.

It seems the issue is specific to your particular site. We have attempted to replicate the same issue on our site but were not able to generate the same problem. I’ve just started building my website. It’s hosted through elementor with WordPress and elementor editing.
I’ve got the work art pro activated and when I try to edit the side bar in the widget customiser all I see is a small box that says ‘copy error’
I have a big blank space where the side bar should be on the site and no way to get any widgets in there. This happened in the free version and pro. I have no plugins additional activated yet so there can’t be any conflict.

When in Customize, flashes white at a rate of 24 times a minute.
The entire field to the right of the customizing menus.
It is only in this theme. How to fix it.
I turned off the Go to Top up arrow in Footer settings.

I was hoping that the ASCII would work, apparently it didn’t lol Anyway, no, I’m okay with the header as-is (actually, can the menu items be closer together?), it’s the “Our Services” section which I’d like to modify. I linked a rough graphic of what I’m talking about below.

Effectively I’d like to have the menu choices (Best Review, Good Quality, Easy Returns) stacked vertically to the left of an alternate site logo or graphic. Also can there be a 4th icon option? If not, that’s cool, I can probably work around it…
