Try disabling plugins temporarily to see if the featured image option reappears. You can use the Heath Check plugin to troubleshoot the site
here is the link – https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

In case none of these fix the issue. Could you please share a temporary login so we can inspect from our side? You can share a temporary login to prashant.themepalace@gmail.com

It’s missing from the post editor on the right hand side. It should be between the tags and excerpt section but it’s just not there anymore.

Here’s what it looks like on the 2nd and 3rd blog: https://freeimage.host/i/dLlJo1s

And here’s the first blog where it’s still available: https://freeimage.host/i/dLldY9R

Before I activated Signify Pro I had the featured image available on all 3 blogs. Any that were added prior to it still show up as featured images so it didn’t do away with them completely. I just can’t access them to change them or add new ones to new posts in those 2 blogs.

Other than installing the pro version, I also tried adding a new. custom search template so maybe I’ve messed up something with the template?

Could you please share a reference screen of if?

I had been using a free version of the Signify Photography theme, but then purchased Signify Pro and had my admin install it. I activated it this morning but noticed that the “featured image” option has disappeared. I actually have 3 separate blogs/posts used for different things. The original one still has the featured image option. The other 2 do not. They used to, and, in fact, when I click on the previous posts, the featured image that I had uploaded still shows. But I”m unable to change it, nor add featured images to new posts, because the option on the right side has disappeared. below the tags and all of that where it used to be I now have Signify Pro options, but doesn’t seem to have a featured image module. Does anyone know why this might be or how to get it back?

Thanks!

@media screen and (max-width: 567px) {
.site-identity .site-title{
font-size: 18px;
}

.site-identity .site-description{
font-size: 12px;
}
}

Please adjust the font size value as per your requirement

Thank you very much. Unfortunately I can’t adjust the size of the title. Because the size of the title for the desktop version is simply adopted.

You can add this CSS in the Additional CSS to show the site title on smaller devices

.wp-custom-logo .site-identity {
display: block !important;
}

I’m using the Signify Pro theme for my WordPress site and I’ve run into a problem with the site title not showing up on mobile devices.

On desktop, both the logo and the site title are displayed perfectly.
But when I view the site on a mobile device, only the logo is visible — the site title is completely missing.

I’ve already checked the Customizer settings under “Site Identity” to make sure the option to display the site title is enabled. It’s working fine on desktop but not on mobile.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Signify Photography is the child theme of the free version of Signify Pro. To activate photography on the pro version there is an option called “Theme Scheme” inside the color setting, there you will find the “Photography” option to choose from.

Here you can follow the quick screen record

I successfully entered the license key for Signify Pro, and it was accepted. However, I am encountering an issue where Signify Photography does not seem to recognize or inherit the Signify Pro license key.

Here are the details:

Parent Theme: Signify Pro (License Key Entered and Accepted)
Child Theme: Signify Photography
Issue: Signify Photography is not recognizing the Signify Pro license key and is not functioning as expected.
I have tried several methods, including ensuring that the license key was entered correctly in the Signify Pro theme settings. Despite this, the child theme (Signify Photography) does not seem to acknowledge the license, and I am unable to access the premium features.

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to resolve this issue. Is there a specific step or configuration I need to follow to ensure that the Signify Photography theme inherits the Signify Pro license key?

Please let me know how I can proceed to get everything working smoothly.
